Ingredients Mexican: Australian organic grass-fed beef (91%), herbs and spices, sea salt, honey*, cultured swiss chard powder, garlic, onion, natural flavour, antioxidant (rosemary extract), black pepper, starter culture, edible collagen casing.
*We use a tiny bit of honey to start the natural fermentation process and most of the sugar is consumed during fermentation leading to next to no sugar in the final product.
