Totally Nuts! - Organic Activated Cashew Coconut Butter

Activated organic cashew butter by itself is a deliciously nutritious and versatile snack or spread - but add creamy coconut butter and it becomes something else again. We make the coconut butter ourselves (its incredibly simple - just blend shredded coconut together and voila!) and when added to the cashews it adds creaminess and a delicious coconutty taste. Having the coconut butter instead of oil gives a far different taste and texture than the more usual coconut oil.
