Stinging Nettle – This herb may strengthen adrenal function & help allergies. It may help with eczema, arthritis, gout, and joint pain. Nourishes, supports, & energises the whole body & is richly nourishing to the blood. She is a nutritive tonic for the kidneys. May provide favourable intestinal flora, aid regular bowel elimination, benefit the circulation, provide pain relieving properties, antiseptic action, oxygen, producing benefits, & boost energy. Herbalists say that nettle is the best blood cleansing & blood building herb known.
Elderflower – May assist with runny noses, sinus congestion, fever & respiratory problems. Allergies. May boost the immune system. May reduce inflammation (& skin irritations used topically in our LMDS salve). May support digestion & gut health by stimulating the production of bile.
Rosehips – Known to help with Immunity, anti-inflammatory, heart health, weight management & may aide digestion.
Hibiscus – Known to help with immunity, anti-inflammatory, blood sugar levels, blood pressure and cholesterol, weight loss management & gout.

Milk Thistle - Liver healing/gentle cleansing herb- Is used for as it may assist with cirrhosis, fatty liver and chronic hepatitis. Liver cleaner. May stimulate breast milk production. As well as being gentle on the liver, it is also known to lower cholesterol and improve your blood sugar levels. It may be a great option to use as liver support whilst doing parasite cleansing.
Yarrow – May help with wound healing, heavy menstruation, bleeding after childbirth, oral Health (Bleeding after dental work or tooth extractions or mouth wash), urinary disorders, arthritis & gout. May assist in toning blood vessels (esp the veins to relieve varicose veins) & haemorrhoids. May help with cold and flu - clear congestion & fever. Immune support.
How to Use:
Approx 1-2 tsp in 250mls of boiling water. Infuse 5-10 mins or to taste. The longer the steeping, the more potent the tea!
