Not all water is created equal. During water fasting, optimal mineral intake makes a big difference. Most mineral waters fall way short so we crafted our own.

It is common to see the body dump sodium from the intracellular fluid as water fasting begins. Replacing sodium and other minerals such as potassium and magnesium can lessen fasting reactions such as headaches, body aches and thirst.

During the first few days, hunger can present in waves, generally around meal times. Our high carbonation can bring relief when you most need it.

All of our tonics are naturally sugar and alcohol-free. They make for a perfect alcohol alternative when drinking socially.
We also don’t use any sugar-free sweeteners like stevia that can trick the body out of the precious ‘fasted state’.
